By downloading or using the Grid Escape app for mobile devices, together with any related services operated by jun ma (collectively, the “Application” or “Service”), you agree to these Terms and Conditions and End User License Agreement (EULA). “jun ma”, “the Service Provider”, “we”, “us”, and “our” refer to the services provided by jun ma.

Game Features, Progress and Virtual Currency

Ad-Free & Challenge System: This puzzle and casual game contains no advertisements. All game levels can be unlocked, and gold coins can be obtained, completely for free through your personal gameplay and achievements.
In-App Purchases: To save your time and offer a more efficient progression, we also provide options to purchase gold coins and other items via in-app purchases, allowing you to unlock levels and content in advance.
Data Synchronization: When an active internet connection is selected and functional, your game progress (save files), gold coins, and other virtual assets can be synchronized and backed up automatically.
Risk of Data Loss: If you do not agree to the network connection, or in the event of a network failure, your data will only be stored locally. Your virtual assets will remain recorded and saved on your local device under normal conditions; however, please note that if the Application is deleted or uninstalled from your device, these local records may be permanently lost and cannot be recovered.

License and Intellectual Property

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, the Service Provider grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use the Application on a mobile device for personal purposes. The Service Provider retains all intellectual property rights in the Application, including its code, design, and branding. You must be at least 16 years of age to use the Application. If you are below 16, a parent or legal guardian must review and accept these Terms on your behalf.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Service Provider shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including lost data, arising from your use or inability to use the Application. Some functions require an active internet connection. The Service Provider cannot be held responsible if the Application does not function at full capacity due to lack of access to Wi-Fi or cellular data.

Termination and Updates

The Service Provider may terminate your access to the Application at any time without prior notice if you violate these Terms. Upon termination, you must cease all use and delete the Application. We reserve the right to modify the Application, update these Terms, or introduce charges for services with clear communication.

增值内购服务：为了帮您高效节约时间，游戏内亦提供了通过内购采购金币及提前解锁关卡等道具的选项，以便您快速体验后续内容。
数据云端同步：在选择网络连接且网络正常的情况下，系统可同步并备份您在游戏使用中的存档、金币等虚拟资产。
数据丢失风险：若您未同意网络连接或遭遇网络故障，您的资产数据在本地设备上仍可正常记录与保存。但请注意，一旦应用被删除或卸载，由于无法从云端恢复，本地记录及相关资产将可能面临彻底丢失且无法挽回的风险。

许可与知识产权

在您遵守本条款的前提下，服务提供商授予您一项有限的、非排他的、不可转让的、可撤销的许可，允许您在移动设备上安装并使用本应用进行个人游玩。服务提供商保留本应用的所有知识产权，包括其代码、设计和品牌资产。您必须年满 16 周岁才能使用本应用。若您未满 16 周岁，则须由您的父母或法定监护人陪同阅读并接受本条款。

责任限制

在法律允许的最大范围内，服务提供商不对因您使用或无法使用本应用而导致的任何间接、附带或后果性损害（包括数据丢失）承担责任。本应用的某些功能需要激活网络连接。若因无法连接 Wi-Fi 或移动网络导致应用功能受限，服务提供商不承担任何责任。

条款终止与更新

如果您违反本条款，服务提供商可随时终止您对本应用的访问权限，恕不另行通知。终止后，您必须停止使用并删除本应用。我们保留修改应用、更新条款或在明确告知的前提下对某些服务收取费用的权利。
